Our company M.O.L. RUMGUM has been engaged in the production of rubber seals for more than 30 years. We are one of the leaders in the production of rubber products in Europe. We specialize in the production of rubber seals for sewage and water supply systems. Our portfolio includes KOMO®-certified gaskets, so the gaskets are approved for contact with both cold and hot potable water. We are also a manufacturer of rubber products, rubber compounds and rubber profiles. We guarantee that the gaskets produced by our company are made of the highest quality materials.

Production of rubber gaskets offer

Our offer of gaskets for sewer and water supply seals is very wide. We produce gaskets for example trapper, for DS-MOL pressure pipes, for corrugated pipes, for concrete circles UKB system, concrete pipes ZINKOM system, BL type, telescopic cuffs, IN SITU. All these gaskets differ in shape, parameters and purpose. Products that may also be of interest to you are GP 400 integrated gaskets and DD type sewer gaskets. Both of these products are a combination of a component made of rubber and a component made of plastic.
Type DD sewer gaskets are double lip gaskets in the DD system used for plastic pipes and fittings. They are made of SBR rubber-based material with a hardness of 40˚ IRHD. Thanks to the polypropylene ring and the lip shape itself, the gasket has double security, guaranteeing a tight fit and stability in the pipe socket. GP 400 integrated gaskets, on the other hand, are characterized by easy installation, extended service life, and increased resistance to deformation.

Production of gaskets made by extrusion method

As mentioned earlier, we produce rubber profiles, or gaskets, made by the extrusion method. Thanks to the extrusion method, our rubber profiles can have virtually any shape that would be impossible, with standard gaskets that are made in injection molds. We produce rubber profiles in the 40˚- 80˚ IRHD hardness range. Our rubber profiles can be used as all kinds of sewer and water supply gaskets, as well as for sealing sideboards or for protecting glass and windows during transportation. We are able to produce rubber profiles for many other applications. We can make rubber profiles based on the mouthpiece supplied, or we are able to make the mouthpiece for you in-house. We manufacture rubber gaskets by extrusion using the highest quality materials and in compliance with current standards.
