Production of rubber seals - wide range
Our gasket production range includes products for a variety of applications:
- Sewer and water supply seals - single lip type BL, double lip type DD, pressure DS-MOL, for corrugated pipes and concrete coils system UKB and ZINKOM.
- Trapper gaskets, in situ and telescopic cuffs - manufactured by injection moulding, ensuring repeatable performance and easy installation.
- GP-400 integrated gaskets - an innovative product combining rubber and polypropylene, guaranteeing an extended service life and increased resistance to deformation.
Each of the gaskets on offer is tailored to the technical requirements and specifics of the installation, and our laboratory controls both the physical-mechanical properties and the durability, hardness or chemical resistance of the products.
Production of gaskets by extrusion
In addition to standard rubber gaskets manufactured in injection moulds, M.O.L. ROMGUM produces gaskets using the extrusion method, i.e. rubber profiles. The extrusion method makes it possible to obtain virtually any shape that cannot be produced using traditional injection moulds.
Our rubber profiles can range in hardness from 40° to 80° IRHD and are used as:
- sewer and water seals,
- side and door seals,
- securing glass and windows during transport.
Rubber profiles are manufactured according to the supplied mouthpiece or we can create our own design to suit individual customer requirements. The production of gaskets using the extrusion method guarantees repeatability of parameters, high durability and full compliance with standards.
