Rubber production and gasket production

Production of rubber and rubber seals - 30 years of experience. We own several production halls in Suchy Las, near Poznan. We deal with production of gaskets sewerage and water supply systems. Gaskets are manufactured by injection moulding or, in the case of rubber profiles, by extrusion. Our company holds an ISO 9001:2015 quality management certificate for the production of rubber gaskets, rubber products and rubber compounds.

Companies that use our rubber compounds include manufacturers of car tyres, rubber hoses, industrial rubber and companies that manufacture all kinds of rubber products. The rubber compounds we produce rubber compounds have a number of certificates and meet the requirements of various standards. Rubber compounds are made on the basis of NBR, SBR, EPDM and other rubbers as required.

Production of rubber seals

Our basic rubber seals are gaskets for water and sewage pipes. We also have gaskets that are approved for contact with hot and cold potable water due to their compliance with a number of standards according to the KOMO® quality certificate. We manufacture seals for manholes and concrete circles. The rubber products we manufacture are used in the installation, construction, agriculture, machinery and white goods industries.

Production of injection moulded seals

We manufacture gaskets from injection moulding. Production by injection moulding guarantees uniform parameters and short manufacturing times. We produce telescopic cuffs and in-situ gaskets from injection moulds, trapper seals, lip seals and many seals for corrugated and concrete pipes. We manufacture rubber gaskets from a rubber compound based on SBR, NBR and EPDM rubber with hardnesses in the range of 40° - 80° IRHD, according to standard requirements. We are a manufacturer of composite gaskets, which are characterised by the combination of a polypropylene component with a rubber component. Thanks to this combination, we have achieved a longer gasket life and increased resistance to deformation.

Manufacture of rubber products, rubber profiles

We manufacture rubber products based rubbers, including rubber profiles. We produce rubber profiles serve primarily as sewer gaskets. They are used wherever, due to their cross-section or shape, rubber seals made on injection moulds cannot be used. For the production of rubber profiles, we use the extrusion method, thanks to which we can obtain any profile shape. Thanks to the fact that rubber profiles are characterised by their versatility of use; they can also be used as board gaskets or as protection during the transport of glass and windows. There are many more applications for rubber profiles. We produce rubber profiles in various material versions, unlimited mould types and numerous hardness variants. Rubber profiles we can produce, based on the mouthpiece supplied by the customer, or we can produce the mouthpiece ourselves.
