I. Protection of privacy
M.O.L. ROMGUM ŁAWICKI I SPÓŁKA SPÓŁKA JAWNA (hereinafter referred to as 'MOL' or 'Administrator') attaches particular importance to respecting the privacy of Users visiting the website administered by MOL (hereinafter referred to as the 'Website'). The data collected is used solely for the purpose of administering the Website. The servers automatically record such data as the page request sent by the User, the date and time of the request and the sending of the response, device data (e.g. hardware model), browser type, browser language, operating system type. Most of the logs (server logs) are not linked to any specific User. Any User data obtained through the Services is for the use of MOL.
II. Data collection
1.All data from Users of the Services is collected in two ways:
a) information provided voluntarily by the User
We ask for the personal data of Users using the contact forms for the purpose of enquiry. In the course of registration, the Administrator informs the User which data (listed in the registration form) are necessary for the provision of services and indicates which data in the form are additional data which do not inhibit the registration process.
b) information obtained through the use of the Services - these may include:
- IP address - each computer connected to the Internet is assigned a unique number, i.e. an IP address; based on this number it is possible, for example, to identify the country from which a given User connects to the network. MOL reserves the right to store additional logs within the service which link the IP address to the customer account. These logs are used solely for the purpose of analysing possible technical problems during registration, login and use of the website.
- text files ("cookies") sent to the User's computer when visiting a website. Cookies only store data required by the website for proper operation, including identification of the currently logged-in User. The User's personal data may be displayed in the content of web pages when visiting an account on the MOL website.

MOL processes personal data in accordance with the permission granted by the User and in compliance with the applicable legislation including: Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.04.2016 and implementing regulations issued on the basis of this Regulation.
III. Cookie mechanism
The term "cookie" as used in this document refers to cookies and other similar tools as described in Directive 2009/136/EC of the European Parliament concerning the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector (Directive on privacy and electronic communications) and Article 173 of the Telecommunications Law.
1 Your Internet browser may store cookies on your computer. Cookies contain information necessary for the proper functioning of the Website. Cookies are small files stored on the User's terminal equipment to identify the User's browser when using our Website. Cookies provide the Administrator with statistical information about User traffic, User activity and Website usage. They make it possible to adapt content and services to User preferences.
(2) The content of the cookies does not allow the User to be identified.
3 No personal data of Service Users is processed or stored by means of cookies.
(4) The cookie mechanism is not used to obtain any information about Users, with the exception of information about their behaviour on the Service. MOL uses Google tools to track the activities of Users of the Services. In this case, "cookies" are used to store information, e.g. about the start time of the User's current visit and whether the User has been to this website before and from which website the User came to a website administered by MOL.
5. MOL stores cookies on Users' computers for:
a) to properly adapt the Services to the needs of Users and to optimise the use of the websites;
b) to remember the User's preferences and individual settings, to recognise the Service User's device and to display the website adapted to his/her needs;
c) the creation of viewing statistics for the Services, which help us to understand how Website Users use the websites, which enables us to improve their structure and content;
The types of cookies that are used on the Services administered by MOL.
1. Due to the lifespan of cookies and other similar technologies, files are used:
a) "session" cookies, i.e. temporary files which are stored on the User's terminal equipment until the User logs out, leaves the website or switches off the software (web browser).
b) "persistent" cookies, which are stored on the User's terminal equipment for the time specified in the parameters of the cookies or until they are deleted by the User.
(2) Due to the purpose of cookies and other similar technologies, the following types of files are used:
a) "necessary" cookies to enable the use of services available on the Website, e.g. authentication cookies used for services requiring authentication on the Website;
(b) for security purposes - cookies used to detect misuse of authentication on the Website;
(c) "performance" cookies - cookies which make it possible to collect information on how the Website's pages are used;

IV. Processing of personal data
(1) The data collected on the Website is used to provide certain services to our Users and for administrative and statistical purposes, as well as to protect the Website. MOL collects and processes the following personal data of customers: first name, last name, E-MAIL address, telephone number, TIN.
(2) The personal data obtained are processed for the purposes of the necessary activities related to the contact form filled in, i.e. contact by telephone or e-mail.
3. where the purpose of the processing of personal data is marketing activities
and the provision of commercial information, which includes, for example, receiving messages in the form of a free newsletter, information on promotions and events organised by MOL, the basis for the processing is the consent of the data subject. By asking for consent, we inform the User of the exact purpose of the processing in the information clause. The User's personal data will be processed until the consent is withdrawn. MOL stipulates that due to the synchronisation of activities, the pseudonymisation/anonymisation from the system of the User's data may take up to 72 hours from the time of the objection.
(4) MOL may collect and process user data in the form of an e-mail address and possibly other data provided voluntarily by the user (e.g. name, surname) for the purpose of lodging a complaint or submitting comments. In this case, the provision of personal data is voluntary, but is necessary for the processing of the complaint or for answering the question. By providing personal data, the user agrees to the processing of personal data only for the purpose of handling the complaint or answering the question.
5. the MOL may process user data for which the processing is necessary for the fulfilment of a legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator.
6 The recipients of the personal data processed by MOL will only be external entities supporting the handling of orders or complaints, ICT systems and debt collection. Your personal data will not be transferred to other recipients to a third country or international organisations.
The recipients of the personal data processed by MOL are:
(a) other operators who cooperate with MOL in the provision of services such as marketing,
b) service providers who supply MOL with technical, IT and organisational solutions to enable MOL to provide services and manage our company (in particular ICT service providers, courier and postal companies),
(c) providers of legal and advisory services and those supporting MOL in the enforcement of its claims (e.g. law firms and debt collection agencies);
Entities that process personal data on behalf of MOL act under and on the basis of data processing agreements concluded with them (pursuant to Articles 28 and 30 of the DPA) or confidentiality declarations submitted.
7 Your personal data will be processed for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes listed in point IV, i.e.:
a) where the basis for data processing is the performance of a contract - for the entire duration of the contract and also until the statute of limitations for claims after the performance of the contract, legal obligations, including in particular tax and accounting obligations,
(b) where processing is based on consent, until revoked and, once consent is revoked, until the statute of limitations for claims.
In both cases, the limitation period is six years, and for periodic benefit claims and claims relating to the conduct of business, three years (unless a specific provision provides otherwise).
The data collected within the services will not be sold or shared with other institutions or organisations or persons who are not employees or permanent collaborators of MOL. Access to the data is available to the companies cooperating with MOL to support the operation of the system, as well as to Google Inc. through the use of data for the statistical functionality of Google Analytics and Google AdWords advertising.
Your personal data is subject to a profiling activity, consisting of the analysis of transactional and personal data (gender) in order to best tailor marketing content that is necessary for the correct implementation of the MOL loyalty programme, but MOL will not make binding decisions on you in an automated manner.
(1) On the basis of the information obtained through the Service, MOL may compile aggregate statistical statements which may be disclosed to third parties. Such compilations, however, do not contain any data allowing the identification of individual Users.
(2) MOL provides Users with the exercise of their rights under the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27.04.2016 and the implementing regulations issued on the basis of this Regulation, in particular: the right to access and correct their data, the right to erase their data (to be forgotten) or limit their processing, the right to object to the processing of data for purposes other than those indicated above, the right to data portability, the right to withdraw consent at any time, the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection ). V. Security
MOL makes every effort to protect the Services from unauthorised access by third parties. This includes the use of firewalls, server security devices, encryption devices and physical security measures.
VI. Changes
1 In the event of a change to the Privacy Policy applicable to the Services, MOL will post the relevant modification on this subpage.
2 In matters not regulated in this Privacy Policy, the provisions of the RODO and the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
