Trapper seals

Trapper gaskets can be used for a variety of applications, including joining cast iron and PP and PVC plastic pipes.

They are manufactured from a rubber compound based on SBR rubber in hardness class 50° IRHD, in accordance with the requirements of EN 681-1.

The multi-lip design of the trapper gasket ensures tightness in the event of very uneven pipe walls and roughness.

What are trapper seals?

These are gaskets to secure the connection between the pipes. Most commonly, trapper seals are used to connect pipes made of cast iron or vitrified clay and pipes made of PVC or PP. M.O.L. ROMGUM gaskets are made from a rubber compound based on SBR rubber in hardness class 50° IRHD, according to EN 681-1.

The task of the trapper's gaskets?
