IN SITU seals
They are used to seal the entrance (side connection) of a pipe from a manhole, tank, sewage treatment plant or septic tank.
- They are manufactured from a rubber compound based on SBR rubber in hardness class 40° IRHD, in accordance with the requirements of EN 681-1.
What are IN SITU seals?
These are gaskets used in the construction industry. They are most often made of a rubber compound based on SBR rubber. They are also referred to as rubber glands, they are placed in the opening of tanks, septic tanks, manholes. Depending on requirements, their contact surface with the pipes can be smooth or corrugated.

The role of the gaskets is to seal the joint and to ensure that fluids do not escape uncontrollably.. The gasket is protected against displacement by the flange and the form-fitting design.
