Type BL lip seals
The lip seals in the BL system are designed for sealing joints of pipes and fittings made of plastics such as PP (polypropylene) and PVC (polyvinyl chloride) according to EN 1451-1 and EN 1401-1.
Lip seals can also be used in drainage and drainage installations thanks to their high resistance to temperature differences. Our lip seals, made in the BL system, are used in the area of domestic drainage installation.
- The seals are manufactured in accordance with EN 681-1 WC from a rubber compound based on SBR rubber with a hardness of 60˚ IRHD.
- The seals are certified for contact with drinking water.
- On request, we can manufacture seals in an oil-resistant version (NBR rubber).
- Type BL gaskets are manufactured from injection moulds. They are suitable for both manual and machine assembly.
System BL gasket by MOL-ROMGUM
We are a gasket manufacturer with over 30 years of experience. Our BL gaskets are manufactured in accordance with EN 681-1 WC from a rubber compound based on SBR rubber with a hardness of 60˚ IRHD.

Customised lip seals
On special request, we can make gaskets from other types of rubber, e.g. NBR. This will increase the resistance of the BL seal to grease and oils.

We are certified for quality by KOMO® and ISO 9001:2015, confirming that the our products meet all quality standards, allowing our products to be used in water and wastewater systems.
We are flexible to customer requirements. We have our own laboratory, so we can tailor and test the rubber compound to meet specific properties or operating conditions.
