Our rubber compounds are used to manufacture various rubber products such as industrial rubbers, rubber seals, hoses and rubber profiles. Rubber products manufacturer - rubber seals offer
As manufacturer of rubber products M.O.L. ROMGUM, we specialise mainly in the production of rubber seals. We manufacture rubber gaskets for pipes, concrete circles, sewer gaskets, lip gaskets, in situ gaskets, trapper gaskets and sealing cuffs. Depending on the customer's requirements and needs, our rubber seals can be made from a rubber compound based on various types of rubber. We also produce gaskets made from a combination of rubber and another plastic. One of our latest products, the GP 400 integrated gasket, is a composite of rubber and polypropylene. The integration of these two materials results in a gasket with a long service life, increased resistance to deformation and durability of the joint.
Manufacturer of rubber products - rubber profiles
Further products that our company has on offer are all kinds of rubber profiles. These products are used, for example, as board seals or to protect glass and windows during transport. We use rubber profiles in particular for sewer gaskets, which cannot be made on injection moulds due to their cross-section or shape. Rubber profiles We can produce according to the mould/mouthpiece supplied by the customer or make the tooling in-house. We specialise in the production of rubber, made on the basis of SBR, EPDM, NBR rubbers, which can have a hardness of 40˚- 80˚ IRHD.
