EPDM material
EPDM material, or Ethylene-Propylene-Diene-Monomer, is a synthetic rubber with exceptional properties. It is an elastomer that is characterised by high elasticity, excellent weather and chemical resistance. Due to the fact that EPDM rubber is resistant to large temperature differences, it can be successfully used to produce components exposed to high heat in summer and harsh winters. Application of EPDM material
EPDM is commonly used in a wide variety of applications, including gaskets, door and window seals, in the automotive industry (e.g. window gaskets), in roofing systems, in gutter systems and in the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) industry. Due to the fact that EPDM is resistant to many chemicals, it is also used in the construction and food industries for the production of hoses and gaskets, for example. Due to the fact that EPDM is a very flexible material, it is used for insulating pipes and electrical cables. EPDM is a versatile and extremely strong material that is used in a wide range of industries. Our gaskets are based on EPDM material
We manufacture various types of rubber gaskets based on NBR, SBR and EPDM rubbers. Our offer includes gaskets made of EPDM rubber, such as.
- Gaskets for corrugated pipes are made on the basis of EPDM or SBR rubber with a hardness of 50° and 60° IRHD. Seals can be made from a mould or, in the case of complex shapes, also from an extruded rubber profile. Corrugated pipes are used in sanitary, combined sewer and rainwater systems.
- We manufacture seals for concrete circles system UKB according to standard 681-1, with a hardness of 40° IRHD. These products are also made of SBR rubber.
- Another of our products manufactured from EPDM rubber are the ZINKOM system concrete pipe seals. They are designed for concrete and reinforced concrete pipes and have a hardness of 40° IRHD.

Rubber compounds based on EPDM material
We are also a manufacturer of rubber compounds from EPDM, NBR and SBR. We make technical rubber to meet specific parameters, standards and to be suitable for the manufacture of products operating in given conditions. We also manufacture rubber profiles with complex shapes and sections.
