ZINKOM concrete pipe gaskets - reliable leak tightness
In our range of products, you will find gaskets for concrete pipes in the ZINKOM system, a state-of-the-art solution to ensure long-lasting and leak-free connections of concrete and reinforced concrete pipes. Integrated into the concrete socket, they guarantee maximum tightness of the installation. These gaskets are manufactured in accordance with EN 1916 and made of a rubber compound based on SBR or EPDM rubber with a hardness of 40° IRHD, meeting the requirements of EN 681-1.
IN SITU seals - a flexible and effective solution
We also manufacture IN SITU seals , reliable components for sealing lateral pipe entrances in manholes, tanks, sewage treatment plants and septic tanks. Manufactured from a rubber compound based on SBR rubber with a hardness of 40° IRHD, they comply with EN 681-1.

1. seals for corrugated pipes
Designed for corrugated pipes found in sanitary, sewer and rainwater systems. They are manufactured on the basis of SBR or EPDM rubbers with 50° and 60° IRHD hardness, which ensures flexibility and durability. These gaskets are created from both moulds and extruded rubber profiles, allowing for precise tailoring to individual customer designs.
2. three-ring seals DS-MOL system
Specially developed for pressure pipes and fittings, they comply with EN 1451-1 and EN 1401-1. With three lips, they provide an excellent seal: the first lip stabilises the joint, the second retains contaminants and the third ensures maximum tightness. These seals are made of SBR compound with 60° IRHD hardness and are certified for contact with drinking water.
3. Type BL lip seals
Dedicated to the connection of plastic pipes and fittings such as PP and PVC. They comply with EN 1451-1 and EN 1401-1 standards and have high resistance to temperature differences. BL system lip seals are characterised by durable elasticity, high resistance to external conditions and the possibility of both manual and machine installation.
